Our energy centres can, over time, become blocked or misaligned due to illness, trauma and the stress of everyday living. Reiki gently encourages the flow of energy in order to allow your body to begin aligning and ultimately healing.

A Distant Reiki session ~ or energy alignment from afar ~ is perfect for busy people who cannot set aside an hour or so to go to a practitioner or for children who struggle to be still for any length of time.

This concept might be tricky to understand initially however remember energy cannot be created or destroyed, just transferred and transformed.

The energy is received by me and with intention it is focussed on you. Reiki can be integrated while you are at work or asleep with little or no effort required on your part - other than to receive this beautiful flow of universal energy.

If you prefer we can arrange a specific time for you to receive the reiki in the comfort of your own home and at a time when you can also set an intention then relax into allowing.

Reiki is a complimentary modality that works alongside any therapy or medical treatment. Reiki is gentle and safe for all ages including pregnant women.

After receiving reiki some people may feel tired or slightly off as energy has been shifted in the body. Wholefoods, quality rest and drinking filtered water is recommended. 

My qualifications are REIKI Level One + Level Two + SEICHIM ~ a form of energy awareness ancient Egyptians used for healing on a deeper level.
