Shipping & Handling

All orders over $100 AUD will be shipped free of charge within Australia. 

Orders under $100 AUD will be charged $9.95 AUD within Australia.

All international orders over $1000 AUD will be shipped free of charge.

International orders under $1000 AUD have Standard or Express post options offered at checkout. Standard International shipping is $30 AUD and Express International is $45 AUD.

We ship DDU (delivery duties unpaid) which means any duties will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Fallow unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties as these charges vary widely form country to country. Some international orders may be held up in customs, please note we have no control in this situation. We ship using international express postage with tracking and signature to ensure that international orders are received in a timely manner and goods are received by the customer in their original condition. 

Fallow cannot be held responsible once the parcel leaves our care. If you prefer your shipment is insured, please contact us and this can be arranged however for an additional charge.

Missing or damaged articles

Fallow cannot be held responsible for any missing articles or damaged parcels once your shipment has been made with Australia Post.

What to do if your parcel arrives damaged or if the article is missing –

To allow Australia Post to investigate any packaging and/or article must be presented at your local postal outlet as soon as possible for inspection. A damage/missing content assessment report will be completed by the Postal Manager after they assess the article, making any recommendations for consideration of compensation. The Postal Service in your country will then liaise directly with Australia Post to complete a full investigation.

Lost parcels

Fallow cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels once your shipment has been made with Australia Post.

What to do if you think your parcel is lost -

If your parcel does not arrive in the designated time frame please email your order number and tracking number to info@fallow.com.au so that we can file an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf. Australia Post will then issue an investigation case number and we will keep you informed of any recommendations for consideration of compensation. Please note most missing parcels are in fact located. Please make allowances for some delays due to COVID before contacting Fallow.

Afterpay

Afterpay is a company providing an innovative payment service allowing you to spread the payment of your online purchases with us over time. There is no interest or added fees and you pay nothing today. Payment will be automatically taken from your debit or credit card in four equal payments over 60 days, and you will receive your order immediately. The funds for the first payment will need to be available on your debit or credit card at time of checkout, however the first payment won't be deducted for 15 days. 

How to use Afterpay : Select Afterpay as your preferred payment method and enter your details with Afterpay.

Please note: Our normal returns policy applies on all purchases made using Afterpay. If you fail to make a payment you will be charged a late payment fee of $20. If you wish to return your goods you can choose to receive an exchange, store credit or the payment plan can be cancelled for a charge of $6.60. This service applies to Australian residents over 18 years of age.

PayPal 

PayPal is PCI compliant and is accessed through a secure 128 bit SSL connection (the highest commercially available). Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

Lay-by

Lay-by Terms and Conditions

Lay-by is for six weeks, unless specified otherwise. Lay-bys are permitted on items over $150. Minimum lay-by deposit 30% and weekly payments are preferred please. Fallow will cancel the lay-by agreement 7 days after the due date if the lay-by has not been paid in full. In the event of a cancelled lay-by, Fallow will retain 30% of the total lay-by amount as a termination fee. Any remaining balance on the lay-by will be made available in the form of an online credit for use once only on the Fallow online store. Exchange of lay-by item/s will only be accepted on or before the seven-day exchange period from the date of the original lay-by agreement.

Lay-by on Sale Items

Lay-by on a sale item is for two weeks, unless specified otherwise. Lay-bys are permitted on items over $150. Minimum lay-by deposit 50% Fallow will cancel the lay-by agreement 3 days after the due date if the lay-by has not been paid in full. In the event of a cancelled sale item lay-by, Fallow will retain 50% of the total lay-by amount as a termination fee. Any remaining balance on the lay-by will be made available in the form of an online credit for use once only on the Fallow online store. We do not offer exchanges on sale item lay-bys.

Exchange & Returns

If you simply require another size in the same garment, please email us with your preferred size and we will do our best to accommodate you.

All returned items must be received within 7 days of the customer receiving the delivery with the original receipt enclosed. Please also include your contact details, order number and any other relevant information. Swing tags must still be attached, and the garment must be presented in its original, unworn condition please.

All international returned items must be received within 10 days of the customer receiving the delivery with the original receipt enclosed. Please also include your contact details, order number and any other relevant information. Swing tags must still be attached, and the garment must be presented in its original, unworn condition please.

Upon inspection of the returned item, we will gladly issue an online store credit. Postage costs will not be refunded unless the item was in faulty condition. 

Return items that have in any way been damaged, worn or altered from their original state will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their own expense. 

We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection, however are happy to provide an online store credit. If you would like to return an item for an online credit, please email info@fallow.com.au within 24 hours upon receipt of your purchase. 

The item(s) must be in unworn, in original condition (including all tags and packaging). 

In the event of returning or exchanging an item, we recommend that you use a postage service that can be tracked. It is the responsibility of the customer that goods arrive to us safely.

We have made every effort to accurately show the colours of the products that appear on the Fallow online store. Please note as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
