Reiki - with Nat Denning

Reiki is the Japanese art of channelling life force energy. At its fundamental level, 'Rei~ki' is the wonderous energy that is the building blocks of everything we know (and don't know) in the universe...

Our energy centres can become blocked or misaligned due to illness, trauma and the stress of everyday living. Reiki gently encourages the flow of energy in order to allow your body to realign and do what it does best. True healing starts from within once we bring the body, mind and spirit back into wholeness. Being aligned, in a state of coherence or 'in flow' is the ultimate gift you can allow yourself. 

Quantum science agrees our bodies are electric and that everything is energy ~ 'the human body and consciousness are mutually influential and inextricably linked. A Reiki session ~ or energy alignment ~ is usually one hour in duration. Occasionally we go over time so please allow one and a half hours for your session in all. Reiki can be a deeply moving and beautiful experience, unique to each person. 

Once you decide to go ahead with booking your one hour Reiki session I will contact you via email or phone to arrange the details.  

Reiki is a complimentary modality that works alongside any therapy or medical treatment. Reiki is gentle and safe for all ages including pregnant women.

If possible after your Reiki session allow a few hours to integrate ~ go for a beach walk or immerse yourself in the ocean. If you prefer spend a quiet afternoon in nature and have a long shower that evening. A magnesium footbath is excellent after Reiki.

REIKI Level One + Level Two in Usui Reiki.

REIKI Level One + Level Two in Usui Shiki Ryoho.  

REIKI MASTER in Usui Shiki Ryoho.
