Distant Reiki Session - with Nat Denning

Reiki is the Japanese art of channelling or transferring life force energy.

The Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy best  describes an energy therapy utilizing this “mysterious atmosphere or miraculous sign".

At its fundamental level, 'Rei~ki' is the wonderous energy that is the building blocks of everything we know (and don't know) in the universe...

Our energy centres can become blocked or misaligned due to illness, trauma and the stress of everyday living. Reiki gently encourages the flow of energy in order to allow your body to realign and do what it does best. True healing starts from within once we bring the body, mind and spirit back into wholeness. Being aligned, in a state of coherence or 'in flow' is the ultimate gift you can allow yourself.

A Distant Reiki session ~ or energy alignment from afar ~ is perfect for busy people or for those who cannot physically visit a practitioner. (Shorter sessions are also available for children or others who struggle to be still for any length of time).

The concept of Distant Reiki might be tricky to understand initially however remember energy cannot be created or destroyed, just transferred and transformed.

Reiki can also be integrated while you are sleeping with little effort required on your part, other than the intention to receive this beautiful flow of universal energy ~ in the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you.
